Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DictaVibe application ("App"), a product of 1804 AUDIO LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with 1804 AUDIO LLC.

Using our app means you agree to these terms, which form a legal contract between you and 1804 AUDIO LLC.

Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide when using our App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Local-First Guarantee: DictaVibe is a local-first application. All audio processing and transcription happen entirely on your device. We do not upload your audio or transcriptions to any server.

Activation Data: To provide license activation and validation services, we collect limited device information such as your unique machine ID, device name, and license key. This data is used solely to verify your license and prevent abuse.

User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches. We reserve the right to disable licenses that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its content are owned by 1804 AUDIO LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App.

We own the app. You have a license to use it for work or personal use, but you can't resell it.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Do not use the app for illegal activities or try to disrupt our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We provide the app as is, without any guarantees or warranties.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We are not responsible for any indirect damages caused by your use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to Terms

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms (e.g., unauthorized sharing of license keys, piracy, or fraudulent activity). Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

We may revoke your license if you break the rules.
